Northern Star Hoodie
Our Northern Star Hoodie is made from an up-cycled sweatshirt we had found. To cover the front logo, we had an idea to create a patch that is new and modern. We got inspired by an Aztec's quilt that we had saw. The mixed patterns and geometric shapes from the quilt inspired us to create this patch. We up-cycled 4 different shirts to create the different patterns on the patch. Giving this hoodie an updated modern vibe. Oversized fit, ribbed bottom and cuff band. Hand-crafted in our studio by local Artisans.
- 300gsm Cotton Fleece with brushed interior
- Cotton blend double-folded flat knit ribbing
- Recycled Cotton blend solid and striping
- Reverse flat-lock stitching to reduce bulk and increase durability
- Hand stitched front panel

- Pre-shrunk and treated to ensure minimal shrinkage

Part of the charm of owning upcycled clothing is that no two garments will ever look the same. Because of the content of the original garment and our hand dye process, each garment will dye a little different from another. Some will have small rips and tears, some will have raw edges, some will be a bit off-kilted.
