Return Eligibility

All sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased from Earth4863 are eligible for a refund if they are returned/postmarked within 14 days of the shipped date.
Return shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount. This amount will be quoted during the time of creating the return
All items must be unworn with tags attached to be accepted for return or exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return that shows signs of wear.
Restocking Fee: If 5 or more items are returned from the same order the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee that will be automatically deducted from your return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact customer service immediately by email: Earth4863@icloud.com

If your Earth4863 sweatshirt or hoodie rips or tears please email us at Earth4863@icloud.com with flat images and a detailed description of what you would like repaired. The repair is free of charge, but we will have to charge you for the postage fee.
